A big congratulation to all the new stars in the Nordic countries and to everyone who kept their stars. Yesterday was a big day and today Denmark has 30 Michelin stars spread over 25 restaurants. We are so lucky to have all these creative chefs in Denmark giving us outstanding and unique dining experiences.
