A beautiful landmark castle located just an hour outside Copenhagen offering several outstanding dinning opportunities from a gourmet restaurant to a bistro and an outdoor snack bar. Dragsholm Slot is part of the association relais & châteaux working to promote and protect richness and diversity of world cuisines and traditions of hospitality. Their gourmet kitchen “Slotskøkkenet” has been awarded one Michelin star and the 4th best restaurant in Denmark. Head chef Claus Henriksen works with innovation and describe himself as nature conscious. The kitchen has a strong emphasis on seasonal, local produce and wild ingredients from the nearby agricultural area Lammefjorden.
Extraordinary old inn on the island of Funen dating back to the 1500 century. They offer special culinarium stays and hereby giving their guests an extraordinary culinary experience from the moment they arrive with afternoon coffee and treats to an 8 course meal in the evening and a wonderful breakfast the following morning.
