The head chef Kenneth Toft-Hansen just won first place in Bocuse d’Or, one of the most prestigious chef competitions in the world. Svinkløv Badehotel is a stunning, historical seaside hotel. The old hotel from 1925 tragically burned down in 2016, but will reopen in the spring of 2019. We are very excited to see Svinkløv Badehotel rising from the ashes back to its former glory. The hotel is located in the beautiful dunes on the north coast of Jutland overlooking the North Sea. Dragsholm Slot
A beautiful landmark castle located just an hour outside Copenhagen offering several outstanding dinning opportunities from a gourmet restaurant to a bistro and an outdoor snack bar. Dragsholm Slot is part of the association relais & châteaux working to promote and protect richness and diversity of world cuisines and traditions of hospitality. Their gourmet kitchen “Slotskøkkenet” has been awarded one Michelin star and the 4th best restaurant in Denmark. Head chef Claus Henriksen works with innovation and describe himself as nature conscious. The kitchen has a strong emphasis on seasonal, local produce and wild ingredients from the nearby agricultural area Lammefjorden.

Falsled Kro
Extraordinary old inn on the island of Funen dating back to the 1500 century. They offer special culinarium stays and hereby giving their guests an extraordinary culinary experience from the moment they arrive with afternoon coffee and treats to an 8 course meal in the evening and a wonderful breakfast the following morning. During the summer Falsled Kro has hired a private seaplane on selected days making the trip from Copenhagen to the country side significantly shorter and more convinient for their guests.

Relaxed luxury at Henne Kirkeby Kro
The only two star Michelin restaurant outside Copenhagen located in a stunning old inn on the west coast of Denmark. The kitchen is run by talented Paul Cunningham and is rooted in the classic flavors and traditions, tweaked with a bit of madness.
